Therapy is intentional, deliberate, and client centered. Therapy is helpful in processing past and present experiences, beliefs, and emotions in a way that allows for processing new experiences differently and where the challenges we have experienced becomes transformational.
Ultimately therapy is about learning to trust yourself to make powerful choices, and be responsible for those choices. Therapy is creating resiliency.
